Canelo didn't have tape on skin like Tito had. That's what caused the commission to force him to re-wrap according to the NYSAC Chair. Another problem was that supposedly Tito already had his left hand wrapped and his glove on when a representative from Team Hopkins approached the scene.

Richardson apparently complained that Tito had several layers of tape around the knuckles. However this was not confirmed by the NYSAC Chair. She made it clear "Under no circumstances can there be double layers of tape, which in this case there was none".

So, based on this statement from the NYSAC Chair, Tito's wraps didn't contain several layers of stacked tape. But if you believe Richardson's claim, that's still different to Canelo's wraps, as stacking several layers of tape (starting with a layer of tape attached directly to the skin) is very different than stacking two layers of gauze between a single layer of tape.

How can anyone believe a word that POS Richardson says Its his trademark to complain about the other fighters wraps eg the infamous disappearing plaster blocks he claimed he saw fall from Tony Margarito's wraps

IsaL 5 years ago pointed out what caused Tito's hands to need to be re-wrapped. You're trying to act like what happened with Tito was the same thing that happened with Canelo.

What caused Tito's hands to be re-wrapped according to the NYSAC Chair was not due to stacking, but it was due to tape being applied directly on to the skin. The NYSAC denied Richardson's claim there was "tape stacking" (which is different than gauze stacking).

So, it's unclear what actually happened there aside from there being tape applied directly to the skin. Whether or not Tito's left hand was already wrapped prior to Team Hopkins viewing it, whether or not there was several layers of tape stacked around the knuckles, even if those things actually happened, those things didn't happen with Canelo so in no way are the two situations similar.

That's as comprehensive a beating as I've seen on this site.

KO1, torpedoed and sunk, hit by an anti aircraft missile, nuked.

ISalty better get a new account

He needs to contact Margarito or just put kevlar into his gloves.

Funny thing about this is that shadow might actually be thick and beyond saving, yet IsaL knows whats up, hence the quotes about Tito, yet choses to play dumb here and say “rules do not explicitly say - one shall not stack”.
    Why? Anyones guess.
Everything is up here for everyone to see regardless.
