Canelo has a good chance of losing this one. If the Angulo from the Lara fight shows up and his eye is fully recovered, Canelo is in for a surprise Worth the theater admission You know your stuff. What is your take?
I fancy Angulo he hits very hard applies pressure and will make canelo fight for 3 mins a round not the 30 sec he wants too.
Both of them are mercurial when it comes to predictions. Angulo can look a monster or an easily befuddled caveman - often within the same fight! Canelo, meanwhile, can at times come off as the phenomenal talent his fans and handlers think he is - but then, sometimes with him, weird **** happens - like Jose Cotto buzzing him, or Alfonso Gomez bullying him for a few rounds, or Trout actually outworking him to the body in the first half of their meeting as well as out-jabbing him... So yeah. I could definitely see The Dog catching the Cinnamon stick and snapping him between his canines. On the other hand, I can see Canelo whipping El Perro, mangling his face and forcing a ref's mercy TKO. :think I'm going to say the Under 9.5 bet is more of a value than either of them outright. :good
I think Angulo wants this pretty badly. He resents being called a quitter and I think he resents Canelos fame. I like Cinnabuns, but I think he is losing this fight. He is still young enough to develop, but his conditioning is a big concern. Seeing him sitting on the ropes, mouth breathing in the 7th letting Floyd tee off on him was disappointing. Not because he was losing, but because his conditioning hadn't improved.
They serve it there. Beer at least, and I think wine in my experience. That would be hilarious though if you smuggled in a brown paper bag full of some cheap swill. The ushers would swarm on you in a hot minute. The sort of theaters where they show live boxing events usually are trying for a 'classy' atmosphere.
