Canelo apparently announces his retirement after fights with Eubanks Jr and Belanga

    If this is true then it’s safe to say his whole legacy is done for. He was emerging as a potential great up to the Bivol fight, but that fight changed him. He looked more worn down and has been outfight scared to fight anyone of quality opposition ever since. He’s ducked Benavidez, Crawford, Morrell, Bivol rematch, etc. Even if this isn’t true, Canelo’s legacy is already ruined from ducking Benavidez.

    I doubt it. I think ginger will continue for another 3 years. No way will he give up the money vs Crawford. He might duck Benavidez but i doubt he ducks Crawford.

    Can't be bothered to pay attention to the movements of Canelo. Good for him clearing out 168, but his best win in that run was a post prime Saunders. The GGG fights will always be a stain.

    Who cares about that conceited fraud. Bivol exposed him , totally took his heart & soul, what little bit he had. Showed the world that Canelo was a coward & a fraud Mayweather ? Gone!! Canelo ? Gone !! Now hopefully the REAL fighters will stop up & FIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Agreed. He's thoroughly unlikeable. Never understood his popularity with his deck stacking, pre filled in card loving a-side nonsense. If he's not going to fight the top guy's then boxing is better off without him.
