I am the type who generally just accepts the Judges decision. Any other boxer is not going to get those rounds even with the flashy shots though.

That's kind of a moot point though because no one lands the kind of punches Canelo does, like those well placed uppercuts through the guard with his man on the ropes. So to say other boxers won't get the rounds with the flashy shots, well other boxers don't land those kind of shots, so you can't know how the judges would score rounds if other fighters landed those kind of shots because no one else does. No one else in boxing has the combination of ability and power to land those kind of shots.

Yes but unlike me, they haven't watched the rounds back in detail, logging every clean punch. Stop appealing to the masses

Again, irrelevant. I've gone through it in detail. There is absolute zero case for him

    This doesn't work

I still see guys here claiming Canelo won both fights with Golovkin, Bradley beat Pac in the first fight, Rigo's punch against Flores was on the bell... you name it.
Some just troll, some just dig their heels in the sand.

So I went back and watched rounds 1-4. Even factoring in the crowd's reaction to Canelo's big punches, I still can't give him more than 2 rounds.

In the RBR I gave Canelo 3 and 9.

I strongly suspect that on a rewatch I'd give Bivol the 3rd, as Canelo did little aside for a really good uppercut. But I gave Canelo the benefit of the doubt in that round.

Dude, Canelo won 3 rounds at best, the only rounds Canelo probably won are 4 and 9 but even then you could make an argument for Bivol in those rounds, I saw people giving rd12 to Canelo which is absolutely deluded, he got outlanded 20 to 8 in that round and he was under the kosh. Just admit Canelo got schooled, his fight vs GGG were competitive, this wasn't competitive, it was a schooling just like the Mayweather fight.

3 at best! I think Ryan Garcia is right, Canelo lost rather easily.

I just rewatched the whole affair, and I now score it 116-112, eight rounds to four for Canelo.

The ginger man won rounds 1-4 (as verified by all three judges), as well as rounds 6, 9 and 10.

Round 12 was a pick'em round, but I think Canelo was more effective.

In fact, you could make a case that the ref could have stopped it round 9.

Not the worst robbery I've ever seen, but a bit disappointing nonetheless.
