Where in the rules does it say shoulder /bicep punches aren't scoring blows?

The answer nowhere. You're making the argument that they can't be considered scoring blows. I don't have to prove why a legal shot can be scored. It goes without saying, why is water wet?
Pay more attention. I directly addressed this in post #812, page 55.
As I explained in post #812, it's not easy to land on arms because they are often in motion. It's harder to land on a moving target which arms are than to land on a target that doesn't move. So your entire premise about how arm or shoulder shots are easy to land on so it proves that they can't scoring shots is actually mad, it's one of the dumbest arguments you've ever made and that's saying a lot.
LOL this is just mental. And for the last time, amateur boxing is scored very differently than pro boxing, you appealing to amateur boxing is one of your biggest problems it actually explains a lot about why you don't understand how pro boxing is scored. In amateur boxing, you count hits, in amateur boxing # of hits matter, in pro boxing it's more about punch effectiveness. It's clear that you still don't understand the difference between how amateur boxing and pro boxing is scored and that's insufferable of you to attempt to argue points while not comprehending the basic differences between them.
Compubox has nothing to do with how rounds are scored, it's really just there for casuals and as you yourself have pointed out, it's highly inaccurate and misleading.
Inside glove slaps is your terminology. Of course your terminology to discredit Canelo's landed shots isn't in the rules lol. It's just more made up nonsense on your part.
They're not the same thing and I'm happy to explain this to you again. The elbow is halfway down on the arm, so it's an extremity. It's also closer to the gloves. As an extremity it can be used to block in ways that the shoulder can't. A shoulder is further up on the arm, so it can't be used to block the body like the elbow can. So since the shoulder can't move like the elbow or gloves can, it's more of a target than the elbow or glove. Also the shoulder has more muscle around it so when you hit it hard, you aren't just hitting bone like with the elbow. An injury to the shoulder can impair the entire arm and render it useless causing a stoppage.

One stoppage comes to mind that demonstrates how targeting the shoulder can end a fight quickly :

    https://www.southcoasttoday.com/story/sports/2001/04/29/sweet-pea-calls-it-quits/50359590007/

The beginning of the end came less than two rounds into the scheduled 10-rounder at Caesars Tahoe.

"I threw right handed. He threw left handed. I hit him in the shoulder just as he threw," Bojorquez said.

The 37-year-old Whitaker winced, then taunted Bojorquez the rest of the round while remaining out of range.

His corner worked on the shoulder after the second round, but he was limited to jabbing with his right in the third, using his punching arm only a couple of times.

It's pretty much impossible to suffer such an injury by blocking a body blow with an elbow. So the two aren't even remotely the same thing as you are trying to pretend they are.

I'll answer your next 3 questions after you address these responses.

According to the Association of Boxing Commisions official certification program for Referee & Judges, in which scoring criteria are outlined. The section concerning a "Scoring Zone" clearly states that "in most cases the arms are considered defensive weapons" and that punches to those areas should not be taken into consideration as being in the scoring zone. Can't wait for Shadow to have a field day with the "in most cases" section of what is quite a clear dismissal of his "bicep bombs" approach to scoring fights.

The inside of a glove is not the knuckle part of a closed glove.

What a ****ing essay of nothing. Punching the arms and the guard are not scoring shots FFS.

    They are not effective aggression.

Hey @Ducklerr you just proved me right as it pertains to shoulders. Take a look at this fellas :

    https://www.abcboxing.com/ring-officials-certification-program/

    III. SCORING ZONE

Every judge should be aware of the scoring zone. The method for establishing the scoring zone starts at the top center of the head, with an imaginary line continuing down the sides of the head through the ears, down to and including the shoulders to the naval and hipbones. Caution should be taken in using the beltline, due to boxers keeping the trunks high above the navel. Any punch delivered outside of the scoring zone should not be considered when scoring the bout.

Shoulders are part of the scoring area : confirmed!!
