at heavy weight. canelo's arms do not whirl....he can fight really well at 160. at 168 he start slowing down

However, 2 x 45min workouts a week fasted does not = Catabolizing muscle for 12 weeks straight & then jumping in a ring to fight an elite prize fighter Who is not doing the same (catabolizing muscle) who will also be Fully fed. & is at the top of their game in peak physical condition.
