    Your right
    I know nothing
Keep reading but how will you know what to believe unless you done it yourself for proof?
I live the life. It takes 2 weeks of 2 45 min workouts fasted over 36 hours.
You don’t feel like **** fasted either. You have more energy and stamina. I know what I’m talking about because I live the life. If your on peds I have no idea. Never used them.

    Are you trolling?

How on earth is he going to get back to those weights?

Also, we’ve not seen those guys fight each other, or even move above WW yet.

    Yes, good for you
I fast & train too so I know what you are saying.

    However,
2 x 45min workouts a week fasted does not = Catabolizing muscle for 12 weeks straight & then jumping in a ring to fight an elite prize fighter
Who is not doing the same (catabolizing muscle) who will also be Fully fed. & is at the top of their game in peak physical condition.

Ask Roy Jones how that worked out , but I guess … YALL MUST HAVE 4GOT!!!
    (Echo… echo … echo)

“With ease” is just wishful thinking since so far neither of those 2 have fought above 147 in the pros so we don’t know how they will look with the added weight.

Makabu would brutally KO Canelo if he actually came to win.

Canelo relies on power. He will not over power guys 175 and above The blue print is written. All the taller guy needs to do is keep his range and jab like hell and Canelo has no answer. Good feet and a good jab trouble Canelo. Always has. Mayweather showed that.
