His goals are to obtain all of the belts at MW.

He has a version of the WBA, the IBF, and he was the mandatory to Canelo's WBC before he said he was relinquishing it.

His immediate targets are now to obtain that WBC belt, along with the other WBA belt held by Jacobs and the WBO held by Saunders.

What's so hard for you to understand?

Has he got a great resume? No he hasn't. But it would be enhanced if he could fight the likes of Canelo, Jacobs and Saunders etc.

Yes, many other guys have moved up throughout history, but it's mainly been after they've fulfilled their earlier goals.
