Canelo vs Cotto is going to be a draw, no winners and no oblications :D Just saying, It´s almost impossible to make water proof contract.

I do not agree in GIVING a title to anyone. To me the answer is simple
If Cotto-Canelo goes ahead the winner, almost certainly Canelo, must sign to fight GGG next. We know with certainty should Cotto beat Canelo he'll dump the title rather than get a GGG a$$ whuppin
Otherwise strip Cotto NOW!! nominate GGG to fight against TBA for the vacant title That way you'll. see if Canelo has the cojones for GGG

It would be great if this could be done, but it's not legal
and couldn't be enforced by the courts. If the winner of
Cotto/Canelo vacates before a GGG fight is made then
there's nothing K2 could do about it except make a media
sh-t storm about it and embarrass Cotto/Canelo, which they
would have a right to do. The dishonor either fighter would
carry would be another thing, and nobody could dispute a
blatant ducking claim at that point. The winner likely will
fight GGG, but I can see a GGG/Lemieux fight in the meantime
    selling well on HBO.

Boxing, not super long. And yeah, I keep repeating it because that's what I'm reading in the media. I'm just telling you, GGG Promotion wants a contractual agreement because, in life, if you break a contract then the other side can seek damages in court and sue. At least, that's what I've learned in school, lol.

If the winner doesn't care about being the WBC MW champ anymore after the fight they simply vacate the belt. Not a whole lot more to it.
