Trout didnt win the fight, you're coming off pretty silly right now. Trout himself conceeded he lost...lol.
But I think you are over reacting though. I know (HOPE) you watched Whitaker-Chavez and Lewis-Holyfield ..even Pac-Bradley was a much much wider fight than this. Holyfield was dominated for 9 of 12 rounds... Whitaker won all but 2 rounds.. Canelo surely surely could be given at least 4 rounds? Once again I'm not saying it's not a 'controversy' but the way you are talking make it sound like this is worst than the actual robberies. hence cheapening the word.
ok, "schooled" was a bit much.. but i had Trout winning a close but clear victory.. 115-112 nothing gonna change my opinion on it.. sorry..
C'mon Sweet D!!!!! Don't be like that! You're just hating brother. Canelo was too slick too black. Stop being a dick.
But I think you are over reacting a bit. most of this site and that 'other site. admit it could have gone either way and at worst it's a close Trout win.. When an actual robbery occur.. most fans will admit it... Canelo's 'popularity' hasn't soar to the point where it blinds everyone. Trout won by 2-3 points but suffered a kd.. which made it a very very close fight.
Also .. you can't just say Trout is 'humble' for saying the things he did. No fighter who was robbed HAS EVER ADMITTED DEFEAT. Trout will literally be the very first fighter to admit defeat.. That's weird as hell. Name one fighter throughout boxing history who was 'robbed' but said 'ya man I lost the fight'
Activity at some point outweighs clear punches. As far as I'm concerned, if you can't stop the guy from scoring and he scores all round, then you lose the round. Clear punches are important, obviously, but at some point if it's two punches to one or a guy is controlling range while keeping you away should mean something.
ok, if it makes you feel any better props to Canelo.. it was close, i'll admit to that.. and i'll admit that Canelo is solid.. but nobody is going to convince me that he won.. i was even being generous to Canelo while scoring... :good close but clear..
When it came to exchanges I would give the edge to Trout if he was pressing hte action and it looked even, but hte fact remains that Trout's activity was largely ineffective when it came to doing work against Canelo. Canelo, meanwhile, beat that man tonight and you and everybody else saw it happen. Trout's grandfather had to retire his cane. Let's all be super clear about what we saw, when Canelo got tired he would let Trout hit him with two partial jabs. When it came to **** that mattered, Canelo won every way. I won't respect people who give this to Austin Trout. I understand the Bradley situation better than this one.
TROUT doesn't think he won.. yet hit fans still on that.. **** outta here with that OPs vagina is littered all over this thread, STOP CYING DEAL WITH it
atsch **** outta here dude.. most people admit that it was close and could have gon either way.. there's no agenda over here and i'm not sugar coating a damn thing.. i felt Trout won.. feel how you want about it..
