Alvarez won the fight, Austin won the people. (Unfortunately winning the peeps don't buy Gold diggers stuff) ^I hope that broad don't leave him now.
Trout made no attempt to defend his loss, stating: "He was better than me. I have no excuses." /end thread
You sound like *******s after JMM vs Pac 3. Trout got outslicked by a Mexican. A white one. With freckles even. Accept it. Don't be like a *******.
whaaat? i have no problem with Alvarez winning but that was the definition of a close fight. to say anything favoring either guy by more than couple rounds shows bias influencing judgement.
I thought the decision was bad. Trout didn't school **** though. Canelo hardly threw any punches, and took 2/3rds of damn near every round off. Trout was much more active, yet Trout repeatedly shorted and pawed with his jab. He also didn't land much upstairs. Yeah, he did enough to put most rounds in the bank against and opponent who was way too inactive, but missing most of your shots, while coming forward isn't very effective either. We knew going in that Trout would have to win by KO, so I wasn't surprised by the wide scoring. With Trout landing at a low clip, and landing damn near nothing of power upstairs in 12 rounds, you can't really complain. Yea the scoring was bad. But Trout didn't help himself offensively either.
You know what? I'll go with that. If ts quits trying to defend this position, he gets the benefit of the doubt. From me, anyway...
That was not the definition of a close fight, what ever the **** you all saw well i'll give you guys a pass yesterday you were all likely burning it up celebrating 420
Canelo won the fight but the scorecards were a typical Texas disgrace. I thought the knockdown was the difference a close win for Canelo. Props to Canelo and his fans.
The knock down wasnt the difference the difference was Trout couldnt hit Canelo, Trout was out boxed, out slicked and out worked..... not even a close fight
There was nothing decisive or clear-cut about this fight, and you'd have to be regular slurper of Alvarez to see it that way.You don't win rounds decisively by remaining inactive for a sizeable portion of those rounds. @ pale boy being slick.
