    The thread title says it right, and the only thing that I have to add is that Canelo also has a credibility problem, because he should probably have three more loses.

    I think OP is perhaps being overly critical. Other past top P4P fighters were also not free from criticism, remember RJJ's Roycott because people were bored of him facing vastly over matched opposition and Whitaker too lacked the wow factor for many due to his lack of power and defensive style. Being P4P doesn't automatically make you an exciting fighter or a fighter with the wow factor, some even found Mayweather boring to watch.

    I feel like Inoue is just a mini Canelo, except-
    less tested.

    He couldn’t stop a past it Donaire. At least Canelo has been stopping past it fighters like kovalev.

    Come on, I don’t think he should go taken the W’s in certainly the first GGG fight and arguably the second.

    But the guys been fighting and beating everyone, give him some dues.

    I feel Donaire fairly conclusively proved just there crushing Oubaali that whilst he might be well past-prime, he is most definitely NOT "past it". Pretty far from shot on that display.
