In any case I'm not overly shocked by what cotto did I was more impressed at his determination and focus its that attitude that drove him through the ranks and it's that attitude that makes him such a beloved fighter. Canelo poses a huge threat to cotto I just merely stating the facts. I'd lean towards cotto because I'm a huge fan and there's no denying cotto is the better overall techniction but at this stage in both their careers the sheer size strenght and fluid combos may be to much for cotto. Canelo is built to last and if cotto can spark up the way he did vs delvin well he gives him self a chance to revisit his former glory

Rodriguez maybe an Espn level fighter but to destroy him like that is impressive, the same way Golovkin stopping Macklin in 3 rounds was impressive.

 

Cotto is and have always been a better fighter than Canelo. I am not judging him by what he did last night because he did what he was supposed to do. He is just more seasoned and dangerous than Canelo. Canelo beating Trout don't mean **** cause everybody knows that was a sham. Cotto will knock Canelo out.
