They always see what they want. If Lara was running, then what was Canelo doing in the last 4 rounds of the trout fight? They always speak of the power Canelo has. What power? Who has he stopped? Canelo has slightly more power the malignaggi. With that being said I'll take Canelo over cotto. Cotto is the perfect tune up for Canelo coming off a loss.
Im a big fan of Canelo.. lara boxed great but there was a couple times you can see Lara was truly running. Anyhow had a draw but can see 7-5 Canelo or Lara. rounds were very close, i think canelo body work gave him edge. canelo has some pop bro. its not crazy power but with the combos he throws with that pop, hard for ppl to take it. Slightly more then Pauile is a true hater commenet. Canelo vs Cotto is gonna be one epic match. I have Cotto because Canelo hasnt fought anybody with Cotto's power and footwork. Cotto will be smarter in the ring and has a better trainer. i expect both fighters to be down. Cotto wins that one. :bbb:bbb
I look at it like this I would pick Lara to beat Cotto. Lara isn't an easy fight for anyone he's a bad match up for Cotto. I think Canelo hits hard enough that he will hurt Cotto who's chin isn't the best.

Pretty much agree with this.Cotto has good ringmanship and seems to have learnt when to back off and not take too much shots.Change of trainer has done wonders imo and can see this fight being one of the best for a long time.
Nah, I had an 18 year old Mexican chick at my house watching the fight and she thought Lara whupped him. The only guy watching the fight at my house that thought Canelo won also though the mayweather fight shoulda been a draw. Go figure.
