Canelo finally lists his price for fighting Benavidez: $150 or 200 million

He destroyed Ryder, he's earnt his top 5 ranking there's no doubt about that.

If Benavidez, Morrell and Mbilli were all unavailable, or where actually scheduled, then Munguia would be the best of the non mandatory opponents.

The problem here is all 3 of Canelo's mandatories, so the fights which are easiest to make, also happen to be the best 3 in the division, but he still won't fight them.

Canelo's career shits all over all of them but Usyk. And Usyk didnt do better than canelo, he just did similar, which is way more than good enough. Doing similar to canelo, or doing similar to Usyk if you prefer, is the best you can do. As I said, nobody fights the best available because they need to rest. Easy as that.

Canelo fights at least twice per year, usually more, while Usyk fights "once a year and thank you", btw. Just in case you forgot. So there is actually an argument for saying that Usyk actually does even worse than canelo.

I dont care who does better, though. For me what canelo does is more than enough, and I wish every boxer did like him, we the fans would be way happier.

Canelo shits all over them. At 22 he had fought better oposition than them all together. Canelo gives us better fights in a couple of years than them all together have given us in their whole careers. Actually, Bivol's best fight is canelo. They all have been camping the same weight for decades.

I repeat, I wish every fighter were like canelo. Munguía is not the best available? no, he's not, still he's top 5 (top 4 actually, because caleb doesnt count. There are only 2 options better than munguía, and that's not totally true, the actual truth is that only benavídez is better option to munguía). Good enough for me.
