Canelo/GB put GGG in his place!!! GGG will NOT fight BJS, will wait for Nelo...

As a fan of boxing do you not want to see Golovkin and Canelo fight?

Having negative energy towards Golovkin seems a complete waste of time to me.

 

sure i do...i dont care...why not?

but as a boxing fan i also wanted to see golovkin and ward fight at 168...but golovkin swerved that one.....so why should this bother me if its not happening?

 

I honestly think their taking the **** and just trying to save face, but then end up going stupid and cant admit it. If they were to be honest, they'd shut up as they have nowt to say as their fighter really badly gave up a title to avoid GGG but had no prob's fighting Cotto whos a career welter really. Then ends up fighting Jnr at a heavier weight than GGG fight would've happened at after saying hes not a proper middle yet. Shouldn't he be building up to the weight instead of coming down to it then !

 

I actually gained some more respect for GGG fans like @C.J. (not that I didn't respect you C.J.)
These guys were wanting the BJS fight and are not making excuses for GGG not taking the fight, they aren't blaming Oscar and they aren't crying @ people not licking GGG's nuts for ducking BJS.

Basically everybody on this forum wanted the BJS fight, personally I couldn't care less about the Canelo fight.
The only reason I would want it to take place is it might open the door for CEJ vs BJS II

Its taking the **** blaming the BJS duck on GB & Oscar

If GGG ends up fighting TJ or Heiland it's his own fault and he can't even blame Loeffler

I don't want to hear excuses from GGG fans and moaning when he ends up fighting TJ

So it bothers you that Golovkin didn't fight Ward, but that means it now shouldn't bother you that Golovkin won't fight Canelo? That logic is insane to me.

 

To be honest I have no idea what Loeffler & GGG are doing. There's nothing
certain that GGG - Canelo will even happen in Sept or anytime later.
I would not trust Oscar any further than I could throw him. Not long ago he claimed Canelo wasnt a middleweight, his body wasn't ready for 160 to defend against GGG. Now suddenly he agrees to meet Chavez jr @ 164.5 in May ??????. Then warns GGG not to fight BJS in June or GGG - Canelo is off ?? I really smell a rat here. Has Oscar made a deal with Chavez . Though I cannot believe Chavez Sr would be part of any jiggery Pokery.
On GGG's side ? Was he injured against Jacobs & still carrying it ?? That was a hard fought win Danny Jacobs was not the easy touch many were claiming him to be He damn nearly won. Or are they just cow towing to Oscars threats?? I wish I knew the answers. Somethin aint right!!!!

 

I actually think that Canelo will beat GGG and I would love to see it.
But like Shock said it is good to see GGG get played after all him and his teams BS.

 

As long as GGG-Canelo comes off this year everything else is irrelevant, realistically if Saunders had his same resume with no belt no one would give 2 fu (ks about that fight, Alvarez is the better and more accomplished fighter and Alvarez-Golovkin is the fight that should happen next for both

 

Stupid move from GGG and his team IMO and will no doubt get farked around in September by GBP.

remember when golovkin and his people said "anyone from 154-168"?...remember how golovkin and his fans claim ward said "no" but ward was actually known to be on the shelf? what happened when ward was back to being an active fighter and ready to go? what did golovkin do? he said no within minutes......now i could understand if golovkin had something special going on...but he said no to fight dom wade....then the guy who made fun of canelo(along with legions of his adoring jizz quaffers) for fighting amir khan goes ahead and thinks its a good idea for a career MW to fight a WW....his fans claimed brook was really a MW and was killing himself to make WW...yet for brooks next fight hes back to WW!! what a suprise!!!!

remember how golovkins fans swore him vs canelo was more than fair because canelos fight night weight is north of 180? then they cried when they didnt look so hot against danny jacobs "oh not fair guys...jacobs was above 180 man he was like a superheavyweight in there wahhhhhhhh"

Hut you forget one thing. Its not GGG fans that have turned on Canelo & Fishnets Its Canelo's own countrymen, staunch Mexican fight fans that ridicule him disowned him & named him El Pollo Rojo.

 

Only problem with a Canelo vs Saunders fight on HBO would be that Saunders would want a huge payday. That belt is his winning lottery ticket man. He wont give that belt cheap. So I rather think this fight would be on PPV.
Wasnt the Smith fight on PPV ?
Could still happen in September along with Floyd vs McGregor because IMO it wont hurt the Canelo vs Saunders PPV sales. This fight isnt expected to be a blockbuster so it would sell around 300k, like the Liam Smith fight, regardless if Floyd vs Mcgregor happens in September or not. They wont put it in the same day. And Oscar wont care about wich weekend in September if he can get his hands on that WBO belt.
