No, see you are wrong here - Canelo will be wearing Ryan Garcias year old underwear, actually.

Nope, Canelo's contract is no bodyshots and only 75% power. Like how Kovalev was only allowed 15% power shots

Not a fan of either guy (tbh I lean towards dislike for both of them) so I don't care who wins

I just hope we see a knockout regardless of who gets it, so there's a conclusive ending to the trilogy

GGG's 40 y/o, has been very inactive, he's fighting at 168 for the first time in his career, and was well past his best and prime the last time they fought way back four years ago. Sure he should be 2-0 up in the series but there's a reason why Clenelo has made us all wait four years for the third installment of the trilogy and why he didn't want that smoke back in 2019. It was the biggest and most lucrative fight out there for him and one of the biggest that could be made in the sport if not the biggest but he wanted no part of GGG.

As much as I want to see beat Clenelo like a dog, as much as all the good and morally righteous people of the world do, I think it's more a case of wishful thinking on our parts. That loss of speed and reaction times will be key. GGG might still hit like a truck and be as tough as they come but Father Time is tougher and he's often in Clenelo's corner when he fights as are the judges. It takes GGG about five rounds to get his battered old rusty engine going fully and it can only trundle along these days.

Yeah but don't forget Canelo hasn't actually had a real fight since GGG. Everyone Canelo's faced since has not come to win. Almost as if they had been paid off. Okay this is with the exception of Bivol but he looked like he was going 50% throughout the entire fight.

If GGG comes to win (which I believe he will) he'll shock Canelo who has been essentially sparring on light mode for 4 years.

GGG on the other hand, his last fights had Chenko and Murata actively trying to beat the **** out of him.

GGGs ready for war. I question whether Canelo is, despite him putting on his quite cringey "me angry ginger bad man" face

GGG is too old with too many miles on the clock. I think he might be able to summon enough from his depleted reserves to give Clenelo hell for a while but I don't think he will be able to maintain it over the course of 12 rounds like he did when he was younger and he'll be easy to time and catch clean due to the loss of speed and reaction times. Clenelo waited this long for a reason. I'd love to be proven wrong though.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed he goes Kazakhstan kamikaze mode on his ass and that the move up in weight will increase his power and he will knock the ginger PED toad out

If he could manage to roll back the clock and summon a right hand like this, but with 168 power, and catch Clen with another flush one immediately after, the odds of which are slim, he might be able to knock him out

That was a hell of a shot. Have to give Clen a lot of credit for taking that

It would've slept a lot of top MWs

If GGG hurts him again, he needs to follow up with some feints baiting Canelo to move then he come time the ****er. Easier said than done tho
