Why are you so convinced of a fix? Even before the fight has started?

I see that some GGG fans need comforting. Well, here goes:

Byrd is a poor judge but she's not biased and often goes against the A-side, e.g. she was the only judge who had Khan 4-1 up against Canelo.

What makes her a poor judge is that she sometimes either confuses the fighters or goes to sleep during the bout and fills her card out randomly instead, e.g. she has some 30-27 / 40-36 scores which everyone thought was a clear shutout the other way.

Don Trella is a good judge.

Although Kenny Bayless has not worked with GGG yet, he has already said that GGG is a clean fighter and he has no plans to interfere with Golovkin's work. Refereeing is a matter of styles, I get that some don't like Bayless for that reason, but he does his best and is not corrupt.

Smoger is not a Vegas judge. He also had his NY ref license taken away and let his NJ license expire rather than have it taken away as a consequence of his misconduct and corruption as a magistrate judge in New Jersey.

Thomas Hauser wrote an article about it.

I get the feeling you are only picking Canelo because you think the refs and judges are against GGG?

    True or False?

TBH Canelo would need to win 8 rounds to get the decision on Eastside

Lets hope for a KO, but even that probably won't satisfy Eastside

EG- But JMM was on roids, but Ward cheated and punched him in the nuts

Byrd is a hopeless judge Pimp and it isn't just boxing fans who think so - even the MMA numbskulls dread seeing her officiate a fight.

If Bumlovkin does enough to legitimately win but Alvarez gets the nod then I will be the first to call BS on the decision. However, if it turns out to be another Danny Jacobs situation........

Referee - total non-factor, doesn't change it for me. As you can see I've defended Bayless consistently.

The judging is a factor, but I might still have picked Canelo anyway. As far as I can see it's a true 50-50 and the "A-side" stuff may just push it over towards Canelo for me, maybe 60-40 instead of 50-50. In my view the A-side fighter always gets this sort of expected benefit so it's not a special case, i.e. BJS vs Monroe this weekend shifts about the same about towards the home fighter, Fury vs Parker likewise, etc. In short, I think Canelo is more likely to win a reasonable decision than a robbery. My pick in the league is Canelo UD, not Canelo SD/MD robbery like some others.

What is your view by the way? Do you think Golovkin gets a fair shake on the cards?

Will never satisfy everyone, indeed, even if things are perfectly fair.

I do not car who wins some sporting even as long as it is conducted fairly just like life in general. Unfortunately life is full of injustices and toadying with everyone trying to make a buck at whomever's expense. Unlike yourself and Kiwiman I do not stick my head in the sand and pretend there is no problem until there is suddenly a problem.

A NSAC tool for a ref!

    One horrible partisan judge!

Another horrible judge who is in FMJ's pocket!

'Durrrrr.... Move along nothing to see here. Don't even dare complain about any potential wrong doing until it happens"

GGG will damn near need to kill this guy to win.
