GGG took Canelo’s best shots and I think he’s got too much pride to be KOd. He’s got a granite chin and can still punch. I think Canelo would win by decision. Legit decision this time.
IMO, this is a good 50-50 fight. Good contrast in styles. I think Charlo failed his first test against Korobov and should have lost that decision. This is his chance to redeem himself against a skilled EU fighter. I like both fighters and hope they face each other and give the fans a show.
lets put it this way if charlo dosent stop derevyanchenko how i think he will he isnt what i thought he is
Canelo wins the 3rd fight clearly in my humble. GGG has slowed down and is far too easy to hit - was being lit up at times by Checko.
We absolutely need the trilogy. It is the best fight in boxing to make, yes I said it. This is the fight boxing needs, and no other fight can offer the drama and intrigue. MAYBE AJ vs Fury/Wilder, but even then I think this is the biggest and most interesting fight STILL to be made in boxing. Crucify me all you want, but remember this is all subjective.
Unless GGG was so desperate for final payday and last hurrah, he should not pursue this fight. There is no way he can beat Canelo now. He is old now and Canelo is in his prime. And if by some miracle Golovkin can regain his old form minimum from their first encounter, he won't win, the judge will cheat him once more. Canelo represents hundred millions of business, there is no way they let him to have his way.
I agree with this POV however not sure Canelo can KO GGG... unless he focuses on a body attack like Dervenchenko did. But that would require him to risk getting countered up top. I don’t think he takes that risk knowing full well he will have at least one judge in his pocket. Would definitely be nice to see though.
No need to get emotional. That said, it's lost a ton of luster because GGG looks shot to smithereens.
Sorry, quoted you by accident. Was addressing the guy that said he didn't care if he caught flack for saying GGG-Canelo 3 is the biggest fight in boxing.
