Lolol. Ggg I thought won a close fight. But Ggg didn't beat the hell out of canelo. That comment alone should disqualified you from talking about boxing lol. Mostly a lot thought Ggg won but nobody not name you think Ggg beat the hell out of canelo.
Pauli had it 9 rounds to 3......................Golovkin................Bradley had Goloviin winning, Lomachanko had Golovkin winning, so did Kovalev, Bivol, Gvozdyk, Jacobs, Saunders, etc., over 90% on-line polls had Golovkin winning the fight clearly. Why does Alvarez not want the rematch in May, Golovkin does...............
Canelo will fight Ggg if it's not in may? I don't mind in Sept 2018 as long it's not 2019. And I assume you didn't read reports that both gbp and Ggg promoter already talking about a rematch and both want the rematch to happen as soon as possible. If canelo don't want the rematch? Why Oscar talking to Ggg promoter for a rematch to happen as soon as possible?
Golovkin wants it in May, but I just read today that Oscar wants the fight later on, probably when Golovkin is 40, but at least a couple years older, hope it can happen in Sept., but Alvarez said after the fight that he did not want a rematch, hope he has changed him mind, he will do what Oscar tells him to do. Hope this time they won't have Oscar's judges, esp. Byrd..........................why do you think Byrd is the best out there? Nobody else does. Teddy Atlas was correct!
That's what he said at the time, right after the fight he said he would rematch, then he changed his mind, then we heard May, now Sept., I won't be surprised it it happens when Golovkin is 40, that's what he would really like...............but who else could El Pollo fight? Who will he fight in May? Golovkin will fight Saunders next, he likes to fight often, Alvarez does not..................two times per year at most for him, Golovkin preferes to fight 4 times per year if possible, but Oscar told Golovkin that if he fought, there would be no fight, so Golovkin had to wait. Golovkin does not want to waste time, he wants to fight often, Alvarez does not.......................and that's the truth. If was all over the Net before the fight and I just read about the rematch being delayed today, Alvarez wants a tuneup.................
I don't think the gloves had an actual effect of the outcome of the fight. The injury is questionable but I guess we might never know the truth... might be used to build up fight #2... would be a great marketing tool... Let's see
i own a pair of 14 oz winnings and can confirm they are the comfiest gloves iv ever owned and do feel more cushioned as my other gloves are "tougher" and jolt your arm noticeably more when punching, i suppose its plausible when your training for hours and hours a day throwing so many punches it would be a noticeable difference ?
believe it or not i have not wrapped my hands in years, every time iv tried they have caused me issues with my hands, obviously i thought i must be wrapping wrong but when i went to japan and trained at the ohashi gym i had my hands wrapped by one of the pro trainers their and it still gave me trouble.
I can't find anything about Alvarez' having a hand injury, perhaps he hurt his hand on Golovkin's head, the look on Alvarez' face when he landed his best punch from left field and it did not even blink Golovkin's eyes! The same punch that knocked Khan out, but Alvarez did not know that there is a difference between Khan and Golovkin...............he should have...............
