He got rocked by 135 Jose Cotto

Could a power puncher like Perro KO Canelo & expose Saul to have a glass chin?

Angulo has a puncher's chance, but the referee and judges will be against him, so he will have to win by knockout. Angulo always finds a way to lose a fight................but if he has improved, he could win......................but he will have to have improved.............

Sure, it MIGHT be an easy fight for him, we shall see.. But Angulo is the wrong guy if they wanted a guarantee win, and Canelos people knows this. He is hard to keep at distance, that was evident in the Lara fight. Canelo can not allow his work rate to dip any lower than his best if he wants to avoid being walked down for periods of this fight, and I suspect we will see his chin tested because of this at some point. Only way it won't be is if he stops Angulo early, which I see as pretty unlikely.

Massive respect to Canelo for taking this fight at this time.

Angulo has a better chance of beating Canelo than Douglas had @ beating Tyson or Maidana has @ beating Floyd.

Canelo will box him and not exchange so much. Since Perro is somewhat slow, this strategy will most likely prevail.

I also think this is what he will try to do here. A problem with this strategy is that he has been able to rely too much on the intimidation factor against smaller guys in previous fights. It's easy to take a round by boxing from the outside working 45 seconds a round when the other guy is scared to engage.
Here he might be pressured consistently by a big, tough guy with a chin.
Could see some fireworks in this one.:hey

o_O. I didnt think anyone could be as ******ed as you just proved yourself to be. smfh. with as high as the odds were in that fight, you can plug almost any two fighters in that statement today and it would be true. No f*ckin **** dumbass. can you think of anything else more obvious than what you just said? wow.

Anyone else kinda think though the odds are a little bit too heavy in Canelos favor? I saw some that had him @ about 1.09... For someone who hasn't fought the toughest fights yet that seems a bit too much... I thought a 1.20 or so would be appropriate. I like the odds for Angulo, even though I think Canelo will win.

Even adjusted for guaranteed robbery if going to cards 6-1 on Angulo is a decent bet in my book. Trout being exposed against Lara didn't seem to affect the odds for this fight much, which seems a tad odd.:think

This has upset written all over it, Canelo always has stamina issues, hasn't fought someone his size and never been in a war, and his chin hasn't been tested at 154, this could be a big upset and do a Juanma on GBP
