I agree it wad a very entertaining fight. I do however question your ability to score fights.

You have to score each round individually using the 10 point must system. You have to score defense, clean hard punches, ring generalship and effective agression.

Since you claim it was an easy fight to score which 3 rounds did you give Canelo?

How the hell am I supposed to know, as I've said my initial scoring was 9-3 then 8-4 on rewatching it.

I'll watch it again if you want then get back to you so I don't hurt your feelings.

That's a good post. Canelo has a lot to offer and I agree that the single biggest improvement either of them could make it would be Canelo's gas tank. He is an excellent fighter; I didn't expect to see the sort of toughness and footwork he displayed. While I think GGG won the first match fairly clearly, I now believe that Canelo could beat him in a rematch. Before the first fight I would have said it's not possible. Now I think it is.

I was 7-5 and then 8-4 on the rewatch. To Golovkin, obviously. ;)

Before I had a read through this thread I had a little bet to myself that I knew exactly whom would be saying what. I was right.

personally I've found it harder to avoid than to attack, though they crossover.

Of course I'm an outcast, leaders are never concerned with following others whilst seeking approval, so you are correct in that respect.

You're criticism of GGG of not going to the body against a dangerous counter puncher just demonstrates how far you from understanding the fundamental biomechanics of boxing. Not to mention how laughable and desperate it is to level criticism at predominately headhunting fighters, considering many greats of the past have been heavily reliant on jabs.

The last two paragraphs of drivel barely make any sense, considering I hardly post in the lounge that much to be disliked, not that I'd even care. As for being a nerd, yes I am in fact devoted to literature, craft and all of the esoteric wonders to which I make no apologies for. Better to be considered a nerd than an illiterate thug

It goes both ways, ggg was also hesitant to let his hands go and now he knows Canelo can't hurt him, it's a real 50/50 for me

He didn’t do it against Jacobs either. You noticing a trend yet. 2 best opponents he was supposed to KO who take him 12 for the first time in his career. You don’t know boxing dude. You’re just a crybaby here in the main and in the lounge. You’re a conspiracy-boxing fan who always cries of corruption.

Like I told you before clown. Stick to being a warlock with black-dyed hair loser with power rings and whatever nonsense. Leave boxing to those who know what they’re talking about.

Silly boy you clearly didn't watch the fight. GGG landed various body punches, yet he was having success snapping Jacob's head back at will and had foreknowledge that his chin was vunerable, so logically any fighter would go for the head first over heavily focusing on the body.

Here is a prime example of GGG targeting Jacobs body, I even time stamped it for you so you don't have to challenge your brain to notice anything.

So what are you going to say now that I've ripped your silly theory to pieces? Or are you going to pull a dinovelvet and pretend that video evidence doesn't matter?

As for your description you have no idea what I look like or of my attire, just more desperate ad hominem attacks to distract from the fact that you have got into an absolute state, in this thread.

But Canelo was ducking him and was getting KTFO by G. See how you guys will immediately grasp for an excuse. You do it every time. Btw what you call slippage, I call exposure. Put G back in his Johnny Cab rotation and he’ll look like your boxing god again. When you step up in competition having a poor resume like G’s, of course you’re not going to look good. The man has only seen round 12 twice in his career.

So that old excuse holds no water. I’m 35. I still get 300s on my PT test outdoing many guys who are younger than me. I do have a regimented diet and I do a lot of ***** **** like palates and core based excercises using minimal weightlifting because I focus on stamina over brute strength which I already possessed my whole life.

Plus when you look at guys like Bhop, Froch, Floyd, Manny who were still beating 20 year olds, it’s more proof G doesn’t belong in the great club. He’s a flavor of the month hypejob whose given accolades he did not earn.

He also is a grand excuser now blaming refs why he didn’t go to the body. He did the same **** against Jacobs and you can start to see trends. He lost a lot of exchanges against DJ and CA when they decided to let their hands go. He relied mostly on a jab/not goto the body. He was timid and barely threw power punches. Guys he respects, he’s a timid little girl. Not a monster to sum it up.

You’re a waste of time and rewatch the fight. DJ landed more power shots and body shots. Look it up.

Hi m8y , you mentiomed me here but seems you forgot to tag me , or was it purposeful? Anyway i believe firmly that the camera eye does not lie. You seem you think otherwise. Got any proof of such a claim? Lets get to the bottom of this , ok?

I'm a fan of both, I prefer to watch Canelo if I'm honest, yet hate the way GGG has been avoided and I had GGG winning comfortably.

Now how am u a "you guys"?
