You guys must me on something! Canelo is more than ready and willing to take on Floyd the punk Mayweather. He has over 30 fights already, he needs to find out what level he's at. Give the guy credit, he's calling Mayweather out, he's young, strong, fast and wants the fight. He's only 21 yrs of age. Sure the odds are against him winning, but you can never count out a bigger, stronger, younger motivated Mexican fighter that has beaten everyone. If by chance he loses, so what, he will learn alot, and will be better in the future. I don't think Mayweather can deal with this young assasin that burning with confidence. Believe me, he won't go out like that quitter ORTIZ. Make the fight!

Alvarez has nothing to gain except a boxing lesson and a nice payday. You don't go from beating no-hopers like Cintron and Matthew Hatton to jumping in with a boxing master like PBF. You're delusional Canelo will get schooled if he fights PBF and most people here agree with me. Canelo is too wide open and too straight up and down for PBF it would be easy work.

Isnt Canelo already struggling to make 154? It seems like hes desperate for that payday that will take away his "0" as well.

Canelo should be dropping any weight for a payday. If they fight it has to be at 154.

A little early to be doing this **** for a payday isn't it ?

Why doesn't he try to clear out his division.

I would pay to see a display of masterclass boxing vs size and power. If Canelo loses his '0', it would'nt affect him as much as he is Hattonesque in his appeal and young. Its more appealing than Maidana or Guerrero and definitely more than Ortiz as you can be sure Canelo will be trying to hit and not kiss Floyd.

No risk for Canelo, he loses he's a kid who lost to the best in the world.

He wins, he's the new top dog in the sport.

So he can dehydrate to 150 but he wont go up to fight JCC Jr? The JCC Jr fight is a big payday too although not as big as Floyd but it still a winnable fight for Canelo.

This is what Canelo does, he only challenges guys whom he knows wont fight him because he doesn't deserve it. He did the same with Marquez.

He wouldn't need to, Floyd doesn't **** with catchweights, if he were to fight the overmatched Canelo it'd be at 154.

Apparently Martinez has been calling him out at 154, and even said he would drop to 150 as well.
