The fight was close those scores were bull****. Oh and before he broke his jaw Lopez was landing almost at will and rocking Ortreez multiple times.

against an UNRANKED fighter @ 154, same as fighting an UNRANKED fighter for the Vacant 154 strap. But hey FK it as long as WBC/Sulliman and ODH make their money right??

Of course Lopez was winning the fight. Did anyone even bother to score or just go by those outrageous scores the judges had?

I swear this forum gets worse and worse every year....

So Lopez beating a WW allows him to spring past proven JMWs to get a shot at a JMW belt. If Ortiz won, he would've gotten a shot at a JMW belt past all the other proven JMWs. Thats boxing.

at least it isnt PPV. and i wish lopez the best of luck in there. but why outta all people lopez . i dont wanna sit hear and repeat wut everyone else said . just fight some one in ur weight class.

if someone wanna give lopez a oppurtunity/big pay day. then give him a meaningful fight vs a top opponent at 140 or 147.

i mean look how much better things could be

    Canelo vs Trout/k9/Lara/Quintana/Rosado

Lopez vs Ortiz II,T Bradley, JMM, B Rios, L Mattysse,Geista, Alvarado, D Alexander, R Bailey, Ajose

If Lopez is the most dangerous fight of his life, wait until Canelo get Barrera out of retirement. MAB will be the most absolute dangerous fight of Canelo's career. Canelo's got no chance.

    :yep

lets be honest, josesito is a step up from ortiz, there wasn't much complaints about him fighting ortiz but doesnt it make sence in a way even though its not the best choice? was schedualed to fight ortiz, ortiz gets his jaw broken, the guy obviosly has some pop in his punches even at a higher way.

I don't agree with it but as long as he keeps on moving up in competition i'll be happy. It's been moving up quite slow though.
