Right, he won it in a catch-weight against a fighter who won it in a catch-weight, Hagler must be proud.

 

He loses the lineal championship if he doesn't fight a top-10 middleweight by November (a year since he beat Cotto) or something. Not sure. Does it really matter? We all know who the #1 guy is at 160.

 

He does dominate both divisions in the sense that he is the biggest draw but in terms of skills and boxing superiority he doesn't.
