Should have guessed that the forum vacuum cleaner would be twanging his banjo over a completely meaningless Canelo win over a mediocre fighter that was weight drained to death into the bargain. Its like beating up a 12 year old and then strutting around like you just beat Frazier Except that in Canelo's case he was juiced to the gills and had that Golden Boy judge insurance policy.

 

Did they have a proper PEDS tests before the fight or they just let Canelo eat as much Mexican Cow balls as he pleases ?

He probably lost to John Ryder a C level guy. Who's pretty much Canelos size..

Fielding doesn't have Smith's athleticism, physicality, jab, power or crispness in his shots. He looked sloppy, starstruck, un athletic & like a sitting duck... The outcome of Canelo Fielding was obvious. Levels! You know how **** a guy is when a MW Khan or Liam Smith do better than him...

Canelo isn't suddenly a mythical 168 beast, it was a carefully contrived cherry pick, this fight was made so gullible fans like you would lap it up... You just did. Job done

 

Did you count all of Golovkkn's interim title defences as legit? Canelo is not a true world champ at 168.

Or are you referring to the times he was the 155lbs Canelo-weight champ?

 

That depends on whether Smith lets him inside, as Fielding (suicidally) did.

If he does, it would be much easier for Canelo to get under his guard and land uppercuts and body shots than it would be for the 6'3 Smith, who'd probably end up hitting a lot of elbows. If we learned anything from the Fielding fight, it's that tall, skinny guys @ 168 are going to struggle to absorb and defend Canelo's liver punches.

That said, it's unlikely that Smith or his team would choose such a stupid strategy v. Canelo... The fact that Fielding did suggests he was only there for the check.

 

No more tests for Canelo ever again.
