If size weren't an issue may weather would've been fought Martinez Margo and Williams.

you can lose a lot of money trying to time a boxers demise, especiallly on a guy that does not drink, smoke, do drugs, has endured many wars or have large weight fluctuations between fights.

unfortunatley for canelo backers, what you are going to see on 9/14 is the best floyd mayweather because canelos perceived threat and the fact that floyd knows that he can be robbed on the cards.

my prediction, floyd outlands canelo by roughly twice as many punches(200+ to 100).

 

You're being swayed by the performance Floyd had against ghost whom might I add, had no business being in the ring with Floyd.With that being said take into account how cotto dropped floyds accuracy, how we was able to use his size to his advantage in some instances and how he was able to trouble floyd here and there with a simple jab.Dont ask why floyd didn't look like the Floyd that fought ghost come fight night.

I'm giving canelo a chance in this one based off how Mosley was able to rock floyd with his right hand, not because of canelos power but because of the tendency of floyd to lean in when he's about to throw his right hand.With perfect speed and timing you just might be able to catch floyd off balance.Its a very small window but Judah was able to do it so was old man Mosley.

 

One thing i noticed in canelo vs trout was how canelo was able to emulate floyds movement by throwing the straight right then immediately rolling under the opponents right hand.He executed that **** pretty nicely.

 

I feel cotto went into the Floyd fight thinking he was the hardest hitter he'd ever faced hence thinking there would be a better chance of him hurting floyd than outboxing him cause when cotto was boxing he was touching floyd.

 

Mayweather is taking a mat nap in this one.

 

sounds plausible.but it's some things in canelo's game that i see and know they see.won't have no chance meeting with nate jones before the fight so can't tell him the main thing.won't say it here because you might tell nelo camp.

 

I don't know something about canelo, he seems to cool ,calm and collected especially with a big fight like this on the horizon.I kind of get the feeling this cat has a trick up his sleeve.On a side note I saw no sense of urgency from canelo when he fought trout, as if it was a sparring session to him, maybe he was trying to lure Floyd.Just one of my theories.
