    I think Canelo's H2H ability is much better than his resume. Is there anyone you think would genuinely beat Canelo at 160 and 168?

    Hagler, Monzon and Robinson at 160 and Jones and Ward at 168. Prime Golovkin and prime Calzaghe might be tough also. That's all. I don't give a chance anyone more than 40-50% except these fighters.

    Thoughts?

    He squeaked by Daniel Jacobs, Erislandy Lara and Austin Trout.. and all of a sudden it's a forgone conclusion he beats everyone in history?

    All you do for the past few weeks are prayising Fury and Canelo everyday with those threads. There are other fighters, please watch more boxing and don't be a fanboy of certain suspicious individuals.

    Canelo’s looking awesome at the moment. But there’s been some great fighters throughout history, and there would have been some tough stylistic match ups for him, even against guys who weren’t elite.

    I’d honestly have loved to have seen him fight guys like Reggie Johnson and Michael Nunn at MW.

    They would have been very intriguing stylistic match ups for him.

    Also, Frankie Liles at SMW.

    On top of those you’ve already mentioned, I’d have favoured McCallum and Toney to have beaten him at MW.

    Hopkins would also have been a tough match up too.

    While I think he would do amazing in his current form in other eras, I think to greats he would get outclassed. Billy Joe was catching some steam and momentum up until the perfectly timed orbital-breaking uppercut.

    So compared to the likes of the big 4 (Leonard. Duran, Hearns, Hagler), I disagree.

    Very good shout. Reggie Johnson would be an absolute nightmare style for Canelo.

    He's very good against senior citizens who are way past their best albeit he should obviously be 0-2 against GGG and plodders but whenever you stick him in there against true speed and B or above genuine athletic talent he either loses, loses but his judges bail him out, or he struggles really badly and if he didn't have the judges in his pocket, his stacked deck and his PEDs both he and his resume would look a lot less impressive.

    Can you imagine what P4P top 10 fighters like Usyk, Inoue, Loma, and Crawford would do to him if they were remotely the same size as him or vice versa? He's easy work for them. And I mean what they would do to him even if he was on his PEDs which of course he is. Now ask yourself what they would do to him if they were on his PEDs too or even worse if they were and he wasn't. Hell, even the likes of Taylor, Spence, Teofimo, Estrada and Ioka would probably beat him as well.

    You are starving lol. Canelo cleared his own weight division and you can't find a solid opponent against him. That's why you make Canelo fight with smaller guys in your mind.

    And Canelo beats the crap out of Crawford and Usyk at the same size. Lomachenko and Inoue are only genuine threats for him. Inoue has mediocre defensive skills, I favour Canelo because of that.

    He cleaned out a graveyard division. And yes I can find a solid opponent for him in that barren wasteland of a division but ironically enough it's the only one he wants no part of and his fairy godfather Mauricio is protecting him from. David Benvavidez. The fact that Benavidez, who is very green and hasn't beat anyone above C or D level, is by far the best opponent out there at 168 speaks volumes about how godawful the division is.

    And how is Usyk ''smaller'' than Clenelo? :lol: All those fighters I mentioned are, like him, ranked in The Ring Magazine's top 10. Hence, why I mentioned them. At least half of them school him and deep down you know it too.

    And :risas3: at him ''beating the ****'' out of Usyk. That might be the single funniest thing I've ever read on here or even ever read anywhere. Usyk plays with him in his sleep. That slow-footed PED toad wouldn't win a single round :facepalm:

    Come on Serge.. Usyk is skilled fighter for a CW and HW but we're talking about Canelo here. Even Joshua did a good job at least first 3-4 rounds with his jab. Canelo is tredecillions times more skilled than Joshua. I am not even sure Usyk would beat a good prepared Billy Joe Saunders at the same size.

    Canelo is for sure a stiff proposition for anybody, but there are some styles he does batter against. I don't think he's unbeatable by any means but he is very good.
