The Mexicans have a reputation as the best of what boxing is.

They duck no one. They never run. They fight people fair and square. They don't try and gain an advantage on the scale or wait out fighters till they get old.

Canelo hasn’t had the belt for 24 hours yet and you’re already accusing him of “waiting out fighters till they get old”.

News flash, what your describing is what Mayweather did to Canelo and Pac-Man respectively.

Canelo hasn’t done any of that stuff, and he certainly hasn’t ducked anyone. He fought Floyd Mayweather Miguel Cotto, future HOFers and he beat the highest ranked Jr Middleweights in the World. Canelo has taken on the top fighters in the world.

Canelo wants to fight GGG, but Canelo has never fought above 155 lbs so until he is ready to move-up he is more comfortably fighting in his natural weight class of 154 and re-capturing his JMW championship.

He rehydrates to like what 175? And Oscar says he's not ready for 160 yet?

Yea because that's GGG territory and in just a few years he'll be 36 years old.

We get it Canelo. You want to drain current GGG or wait until he's old.

True Mexicans don't literally create their own weight class. WTF? Who does this BS. This is a damn joke.

Canelo doesn't fit the mold of Mexican boxing because he's not a brainless brawler, but more of a patient boxer/counter puncher similar to Marquez who also wasn't well received as a mexican boxer.

Marquez is a boss. Did you see him ducking people? No, he was trying to no avail to get Hamed for years. He would have decapitated Hamed too.

And he didn't create a 127 pound division...

Canelo didn’t create his own weight class. All he did was win the Middleweight Title!

He’s been fighting at the 154-lb division for a long time. The only reason why he had any fights at 155 is because those were non-title fights since Floyd was holding the division hostage for 2 years without ever defending those titles or giving Canelo a rematch. Now Floyd finally vacated, and Canelo is first in-line for those titles.

Orlando Salido is Mexican and you **** suckers give him **** all the time for beating Lomachenko as dirty as he did. All I here is that Salido cheated and all, but now mexicans are cleaner than the board of health.

ODLH ran from Vargas until Trinidad showed him how to beat him first. He ducked the **** outta Vargas but now Mexicans are fearless.

The whole reason Oscar let Canelo fight Floyd is because he thought Floyd was old. He said it in the All Access interviews. He waited and hoped that he was old and weak so Canelo could beat him.

Stop contradicting yourself and talk to CST80 and get some knowledge dummy.

Non title JMW fight is no big deal or at least it never has been til recently. Also who has Canelo ducked? Said he'd duck Trout fought him beat him up and dropped him for the 1st time ever, said he'd duck Lara fought him made him run, said Cotto was too good outboxed him clearly, say he's ducking GGG yet has said repeatedly he has no problem fighting him after Cotto, even called him out after last night's fight.

I don't get it Canelo says he'll fight GGG over and over and its a duck GGG makes excuses not to fight Lara and says Ward in 2017 and its not a duck explain that to me.

    Canelo hasn't ducked anyone

They didn't want him to fight Lara or Trout but he insisted on those fights.

He's unashamedly hiding behind Oscar and ducking GGG.

You sound like a premature ejaculating prima-donna. Up to now Canelo has ducked noone and this past catchweight was at Cotto's insistence. Let's see what happens within the next couple of months before you have another tantrum.:deal

Canelo hasn't made 154 in two years and has been killing himself to make 155 and re-hydrates to over 170. He is a true Middleweight who is insecure about his height and doesn't want to fight Middleweights at the 160 pound limit. As long as he can make 155 and is the cash cow he will demand that fellow Middleweights drain themselves down (especially older and extremely dangerous ones like GGG) who would have an even tougher time getting down to 155 than he does.

along those lines, he might only have a 1 or 2 year window to where he can make 154-lb comfortably. and by going to up 160 to fight GGG, that could make it much harder for him to get down to 154-lb after that. A better plan would be to fight at 154-lb next year, re-capture his titles, then go up to 160 in 2017.

He might as well fight at 154-lb while he still can. Certain fights (like a Floyd rematch or a fight with Liam Smith for example for the WBO) can only happen at 154-lb and once he moves up to fight GGG he’ll probably stay at 160.

Canelo has earned the right to take the best path for his career, and if tha means winning back his 154-lb titles, that shouldn’t result in him losing his MW title. Canelo re-establishing himself as the Jr MW champ will add more titles and prestige to a Canelo GGG MW SuperFight down the road.
