The same people here saying 152 won't matter are the same ones that were probably crying Cotto was drained for Pacquiao at 145 while being 146 for Clottey lol.

That just shows that he was eager to make the fight, and he knew from that start that Floyd would never agree to 154.

My point is it it proves that Ellerbe was being honest when he said it was Canelo and his camp who brought up the catchweight. I'm surprised Ellerbe didn't stand firm on 150. Andre Ward made Dawson eat his words.

stfu about a sign of weakness. Wtf do you know? It was Canelo who wanted to fight Floyd. What did Floyd do when he wanted to fight Oscar? He moved up to 154 so quit crying for Canelo. He is not bitching so why are you?

Realize that this whole catchweight circus is one big Floyd Mayweather excuse disguised through spin and mirrors. It's Mayweather cutting corners. And I agree Canelo has not been bitching at all, that's why I said I respected him more than Floyd, since Canelo made the fight for the fans since that was the only way Mayweather would fight. I'm just setting the record straight.

That's funny because a lot of the same dickheads who said the Cotto catchweight wasn't an advantage are now saying Alvarez is drained as **** and that it's a huge advantage for Mayweather. The truth is nobody here has a ****ing clue how much (if anything) it took out of Cotto or will take out of Alvarez.

How ****ing funny would it be if Canelo pulled a floyd and came in at 154 lb just to say **** you and your money, you can't tell me what to do. Would be nice but knowing floyd Canelo would be wearing 14oz gloves if he tried to pull that.

According to Canelo and his team, they did mention a catchweight, but that was only because Floyd originally wanted 147. So it seems as though Ellerbe is being selective.

It's all bull**** anyway, Floyd and Ellerbe have both said that they don't care how big Canelo is on fight night. So if that's the case, they should have just made it 154. Having Canelo come in at 152, is NOT going to stop him rehydrating by loads, and if they're not bothered anyway, then what's the issue?

If Floyd wins, he's not going to get full credit, even if he deserves it, and he's also contradicted himself.
