Canelo-Khan is actually a very intriguing match up

Two young, hungry lions in their physical prime fighting for the lineal MW strap, what's not to love?

If Khan is smart, he'll put all the extra weight on his legs so he'll have tree trunks just like Pac did when he moved to 147.

It'll help him absorb Canelo's power and he can stay balanced when he throws those other worldly flurries.

I suspect Floyd to fight the winner, which will do HUGE numbers.

I agree it is intriguing, but it's a bs fight. Khan's best win is C level Maidana ffs. He has NO BUSINESS fighting for the lineal title...at a cat hweight.

Having said that, if he uses his fast hands and reach...and stays on his bike for 12, he wins 9 or 10 rounds easily. (not what the scorecards will show but whatever)

Floyd will probably fight the winner and it will be huge because of the comeback angle and him targeting the middleweight championship.

Of course it is, you know it and I know it.

Trust me, it'll be waaayyyy better and more competitive than any of GGG's opponents, that's for sure. Plus it'll gain way more interest and money.

These are just the facts. GGG should of moved up and fought Ward instead of marinating in bumland. Khan did it.

    1) That's actually an insult to Canelo.
    2) Ward wanted the exact same timeline Alvarez does- fall 2016. That wouldn't have fixed the April issue at all.

Its a superfight between two of the sports biggest stars, got the whole boxing world buzzing. Just what we need right now, respect to these young warriors for putting it all on the line.

Canelo against the likes of Murray, Lemieux etc wouldn't generate a fraction of the hype that this has. Boring, straightforward wins for Canelo.

Yup, I believe Khan will win. 70:30 chance of Khan winning this.
I think Mayweather would come out of retirement to fight Khan for the lineal middleweight world title.

It should be called "battle of the cowards", Canelo won't fight Golovkin and Khan won't fight Brook.

Canelo and Khan are disgrace, I actually feel embarrassed for the pair of them. Canelo more so, the MIDDLEWEIGHT champion fighting a brIttle chinned WELTERWEIGHT

Any Canelo fans even trying to defend this cobblers should just sign out and never come back

Khan called GGG out last year
Call him deluded, but his self belief and willpower is what has been carrying his terrible chin.

So Khan is a coward for fighting Canelo instead of Brook now?

Maybe GGG should take a leaf out of Khans book, dare to be great and move up to face the best. Instead he seems to be content hanging around in a poor division hoping to get a chance to pick on smaller guys like Canelo. All the while feasting on the Dominic Wades of this world and offering SMWs out at 164. GiGi has babynuts.

Khan won't fight Brook, but goes onto fight P4P'er Canelo, who's an elite Light Middleweight, who is the Lineal Middleweight Champion coming off wins against Trout, Lara, Angulo, Cotto and Kirkland.
Brook on the other hand is the coward, fighting Donut Dan, Frankie Gaviscon and Kevin Showbiz.

Khan is genuinely an intriguing, tough fight. Canelo just beat a Roach trained-Miguel Cotto. If Canelo retires today, he'll be remembered as a good fighter who was also a P4P'er.
