Just brings everything home. This fight really is a TOTAL SHAM. Zero competitiveness. Golden Boy and Canelo should be ashamed for this total white wash "fight" they are putting up. O$car pitching this as PPV of all things after all this **** that golden boy will always "put the best against the best". This is nothing, but a MASSIVE cherry pick on a Mexican holiday, for a poster boy Mexican, to KTFO a non-Mexican. It literally boils down to that. This is not championship elite boxing. This is sleezy, down by the docks, weekend prize fighting. Truth is, Khan is very very likely to get badly hurt. Lots of props where thrown over to Khan for taking the challenge. But I think he doesnt even deserve that anymore. He took the fight for a payday. Pure and simple. He knows he has no chance in hell of winning this fight. He has openly stated he has no intention of staying MW after the fight - yet he is contesting for the MW title. He has now said he feels his punches won't even hurt Canelo. His comments prove he took this fight for ZERO sporting/boxing reasons. That doesn't deserve props. WTF happened to 3x stronger 1.5 times faster?? PURE BS. Canelo is no better. How Mexicans can not see beyond this fraud - these actions are the epitome of cowardliness. He should have never taken such easy work. Any boxing fan who buys this PPV just for the main event is a mug.
Canelo is a sleazeball and a coward. He wins a vacant 160 belt then defends it against a WW at a cw. I agree Khan shouldn't have said that Canelo won't feel his punches, it's probably true but it's not something you say before a PPV.

The best scenario is for the ppv to bomb, Canelo to win then be stripped for not fighting Golovkin, Golovkin becomes champion, Amir goes back to WW and gets starched by Brook or Thurman, and Canelo (without MW trinket), struggles to find any more bites at MW and goes back to JMW....
