Canelo is fighting Kovalev, Sergey Kovalev and you’re complaining he’s not fighting Gvodzyk, Beterbiev or Bivol? Kovalev is the biggest name and by far the most proven out of those guys. Looked great last time out against Alvarez.

He was 15 when he turned pro as a welter, he’s gonna be a tiny LHW and will give up a hell of a lot of size against Kovalev.

I really don’t understand what there is to hate Canelo about taking this fight, this is the definition of daring to be great. Boxing fans are a strange bunch.

10lb re-hydration clause is a good thing and a hell of a lot better than a catchweight.

 

We all know if we are honest that if Canelo/Kovalev takes place in Vegas all Canelo has to do is last the distance & he's got the "win." Ginger wont fight anywhere else against a dangerous opponent
