Canelo lying about Golovkin fight

    Why are people bringing up different weight classes? It's for the 160lb WBC belt? Shouldn't that be at 160lb? Some people.

    you're mistaken...

    Canelo is fighting at the wrong weight. He is a 160lber, he weights HEAVIER than GGG on fightnight.

    Tell me how canelo is a JR middle when he's heavier than GGG who is a full middle.

    If you are over 154 lbs yout are not a Jr middle. Are you that thick to understando if you weigh more then the maximum for a division 3 years strait means you are not that weight class.

    Yeah I know lol. Fight would have been for 3/4 of the titles in the MIDDLEWEIGHT division but 'hey lets fight at a catchweight'. You COULD say that it would be for 5/6 of the titles in the division as the RING magazine and lineal titles were on the line too.

    And here you are quoting it as if it came directly out of Golovkin's own mouth. And EVEN IF he did say that he probably didnt think he would have to be fighting a middleweight at super-welterweight for 3/4 of the middleweight title PLUS RING magazine and lineal title.

    There was nothing to negotiate, there were NO PROBLEMS. Money was going to be divided by WBC rules. Purse split was pre-organized by WBC at 50:50 between interim and regular champ, so there's absolutely nothing to negotiate. Yet Canelo preferred to drop the belt and ran away into hiding, citing "difficult negotiations".

    The **** do I care what weight they fight at? Robinson weighed 148 when he held it. Canelo can come in at 106 if he wants to, but the belt belongs to the strongest man under 160.
