GGG was stripped because he refused to commit to fight Derevyenchenko not because he fought Martirosyan. All GGG had to do was agree to fight Derevyenchenko in the future.

Canelo got stripped because it seems so far that Chenko wasn't happy with his cut. Had he accepted what they offered him Canelo would probably still be the IBF champ. The former is worse.

 

BS! There is a purse bid if the mando doesn't accept the cut you casual. Oscar didn't want the purse bid either, he wanted new deadlines over and over again which shows they had no serious intent to fight Derevy.

Clearly Deveryanchenko didn't want the cut he was getting from Canelo.

Derevyanchenko didn't have any issues fighting GGG for 100K when GGG opted to get stripped. These fighters are just pricing themselves out. WHat happen to the throw back fighters who would fight the top dog biggest they were confident they would become the top dog at the final bell.

GGG almost priced himself out against both Canelo fights. Kovalev priced himself out, and now Dchenko. Lame.
