No, I'll just say it does not convince me and I would not go around claiming "Canelo kicked GGG's ass while he was being tested by VADA's 365 program" and pretending the whole story is as easy as "Canelo beat GGG fair and square"

It doesn't have to convince you, its the facts, facts don't care about you're feelings or opinions.

Yes he tested positive for clen, but he also tested negative for clen when he took the hair follicle test which could detect blatant clen use for up to a year back.

And VADA was randomly testing him between April and the time he battered GGG. Yes he battered him, look at GGGs face after the fight, and look at the type of body punches he landed. GGG had never gotten beat up like that, no coincidence he needed 9 months off, also another first for GGG, and again I remind you all while Canelo was enrolled in VADAs most stringent program.

Are you going to ignore that hair follicle tests are unreliable and almost a magnitude more unreliable for blondes and gingers?

Isal, serious question dude but do you have any interest in boxing besides Canelo? It’s like he’s all you ever posts about here and it’s cant be good for you just thinking the one fighter 24/7. There’s plenty of other good fighters you can follow as well.

Are you going to ignore that Hair Follicle Tests will show blatant clen use and what is unreliable are the values for lighter hair subjects.

Canelo still took it, if he was guilty of using clen why would he risk taking that test that could have potentially exposed him?

    Common sense and logic.

Not sure why you're so interested in me, but to answer you're question I follow a lot of boxers and multiple divisions.

We all follow boxing as much as time allows us too, some of us have more time than others, some of us have less time than others.

Canelo is the fighter I follow closest, but I follow multiple divisions from SFW, LW, WW, SWW, MW more so than other divisions.

Don't bother. His sad devotion to Canelo means he can't see the logic in any criticism of his hero no matter how valid.

I think of him like the yes men below stating every move Canelo makes to be a correct one.

Why is the B sample a hair follicle test instead of blood, urine and ginger hair? Shouldn't it be a comprehensive test. Seems very suspect why they chose to go that route when they found the kid guilty the first time.

Oh, it was Nevada athletic commission that conducted the ginger follicle test.I did a fact check and true enough it was Nevada that did it. I thought it was a odd it was a follicle test. When VADA does the comprehensive testing. Hair, blood and urine.

Canelo failed two tests, one on Feb. 17th, and then Feb. 20th. Those tests were within three days of each other. The level of clen was lower in the second test. Both tests contained traces of clenbuterol. This is what Lab director for SMRTL, Daniel Eichner said about the findings, “These values are all within the range of what is expected from meat contamination.”

Another thing to note is that Canelo also passed two more tests conducted by VADA, 11 and 13 days after the testing positive. Passed one on March 3rd and then again passed another on March 5th.

The Hair Follicle Test was completely voluntary. This is what doping expert Victor Conte said about the results. “This negative hair test for clenbuterol provides credible evidence that supports Canelo’s claim that his two positive urine tests were a result of eating contaminated meat.”

I give Canelo the benefit of he doubt, yes I am a fan because he takes on challenges in an era where many popular fighters don't, but I give him the benefit of the doubt because that is what I usually do with most fighters who have tested dirty, including Fury, Klitschko, Jones Jr. I don't see why I would treat Canelo differently, especially when he has done more than any fighter to prove he was a clean fighter.

No kidding. Of course the last B samples and 12 days after the feb15 and 20th test will contain no Clenbuterol. After getting caught red handed the team had to do something to clear his name. That is no surprise to me the levels lowered and disappeared.

But fact is he failed 2 times and is guilty and will serve is lenient 6 months suspension from boxing. A boxer should have no peds in their systems at any time. I do think he the reason he got off lightly was it was just small amount in the system.

Add Vargas, Morales, Salido, Nery, Chavez Jnr.

You get these cheats from certain countries. I wont name them. But that are taking these performance enhancers gets caught and get off scotch free. Earning millions and thousands come in fights with amazing physiques , ridiculous stamina and chins.

To me it's not fair dinkum.I work with a boxer he 21-2 with 18 KO's and is doing it tough he loss last year and loss his ranking. He has to work hard to get back you have guys who are talented but don't have the juicy stuff and is struggling to make ends meat. This is the beef i have with this whole thing.

This is sports and boxing unfortunately. Fury, Povetkin, Klitschko, Saunders, and many other fighters have failed tests and still get big money fights with very little to no consequences.

As far as Canelo, I wouldn't say he's guilty. He very well may have been using clen, but I think it's unlikely taking into consideration a few factors. He passed two tests just a week an half later, he took a hair follicle test which can detect clen use for up to a year back, he enrolled in VADAs most stringent program for over a year and in that time performed better against GGG, beat a SMW, and beat Jacobs. He did not seem like a fighter who was doping and then suddenly off the dope, as if he never did dope actually.
