I don't see what's wrong with asking for same day weight limit. That's how old school fighters did it. When you saw two fighters back then, they looked physically matched except HW of course. Now we have drainweight CHUMPions like Canelo and Chavez Jr. Canelo should be fighting the likes of GGG but fact is Saul is too coward to fight guy his natural size. Mexican boxers are usually warriors, real guerreros. Canelo and Chavez Jr aren't in that mold.

You have to be a TOTAL MORON to think Alvarez would request a lower weight, knowing he struggles to make '54. TMT, especially that butler, Ellerbee, is one of the biggest fkn' liars in tha' game. Floyd says, "skills win fights, not size" but continued to **** and moan about a catch weight and to request a next day weigh-in, what's next, demanding CA change his hair color to White, to match Floyd's cars?

And that is BS. Every fighter looks for an advantage. If you don't then you're stupid or your management is stupid. In this case, it was Canelo who said he was willing to fight at 150. Now they're acting like they said no such thing. There are many articles quoting Saul directly.

Canelo is a middleweight fighting welterweights. That isn't an advantage? Imagine if Mayweather was drainweight champion like Saul, Floyd would be fighting Abner Mares. How ludicrous would that be?

    Touche'
Mayweather is the epitome of narcissism. After watching All Access, I loathe him even more....and would have not thought that possible.

*****S: "Catchweight is fair... Floyd is small welterweight, never weigh more than 150 lbs. Canelo rehydrate to 170 lbs. he should be fighting at 160 lbs. division."

Because they keep taking the bait. Watch the All Access series. If it's not an issue then they should have kept quiet but their irritation and anger has been on display. It carried on into the weigh in yesterday.

I still fail to understand why people hate Mayweather so much. He is currently the best boxer in the world, but just by being a boxer and getting hit for a living he is more likely to contradict himself. Catchweights are **** and titles should never be awarded at one.
