Which would totally be fine if he wasn't holding all four belts hostage with his cowardice.

I dont know what DB has to do to get Canelo in the ring, but it's starting to become more clear by the day that Canelo wants no part of him. It will be Berlanga in Sept. Then most likely Crawford after that who hasn't even fought at 154 pounds and is a naturally smaller man. It's getting ridiculous now.

Canelo can do whatever he wants at this stage of his career but I certainly won't pay one penny to watch this fight.

In his prime Jermall beat Derevyanchenko and that's his best win. I don't think we could get the best Jermall now, i think Canelo beats him soundly. With Berlanga, i think it might last 8 -10 rounds. As for Morrell, i think that is too high risk low reward, and Mbilli, that would be a war, with Canelo being the better more experienced fighter. It might turn out about as tough as Ryder or even tougher.

Looks like Benavidez gave up chasing Canelo. He recently declared that he's staying at 175.

Did he even chase Canelo? Sure, he was very vocal about it but did anyone on his team attempt negotiations? Did they petition the WBC to enact his mandatory?
I have my suspicions that PBC just dragged Canelo like a carrot in front of Benavidez. Who frustratingly sat on the sidelines, waiting for the fight to happen.

*This by no means is a defense of Canelo and his actions. I am merely criticizing Benavidez´s team because they have let him down.
