Ok, he wasn't forced to do this specific program, but he was forced to do further testing. In the articles I could find no agency was named, but I'm assuming it's the NSAC. The fact that this testing was done by the NSAC is worrying in itself. So he SHOULD have been told to do VADA 365 because it seems to be the best program in boxing. After all he was caught by VADA, NOT the NSAC. You are definitely trying to divert attention from the underlying issue, by poking holes and playing armchair lawyer.
What everybody but you is talking about is: Canelo tested positive, he was solely responsible for testing positive. His reputation is damaged and it is up to him to redeem himself. The VADA 365 program was something he had to do to fight for the WBC title in september 18. They removed him from the rankings, so apparently he wanted that title and joined the program. Also team GGG demanded he should not have a break from testing if the fight in september was going forward.

Saying I'm a Canelo hater is laughable, I'm a hater of injustice and abuse of power and in todays boxing he and golden boy are the poster boys of exactly that.

How can it be called 365 day testing if you are not a part of it anymore?

What you are referring to is the WBC's Clean Boxing Program. This is required for all WBC Champions and fighters ranked in the Top 15 by the WBC. I simply corrected your statement where you said that his VADA contract for 365 days was a requirement to receive a reduced 6 month suspension by the NSAC. As you admitted that was a false statement, and pointing that out is not playing armchair lawyer. It was important to establish that Canelo went above and beyond his requirements to prove he's clean. You acted like he was forced to do everything he did which was very misleading and makes it seem like Canelo only did the minimum which was clearly not the case.

His 365 day contract with VADA clearly came several months after the suspension. A 6 month suspension was standard for a first time positive drug test, while other commissions like the CSAC don't even suspend you from clenbuterol if you live in Mexico, Nevada does in their recently amended rules regarding positive tests, that any positive test regardless of circumstances results in a suspension. And you highlighted something important, he was already being tested out-of-competition which resulted in the test in the first place, as part of his rematch contract with GGG. So that satisfied the WBC's Clean Boxing Program otherwise he wouldn't have been ranked. The WBC's CBP requires out-of-competition testing but it doesn't require you to agree to year round testing. Canelo could have, for example, agreed to a 3-6 month contract with VADA to get him through the GGG rematch for example, to keep him ranked by the WBC and eligible to win the title, he didn't have to agree to a full year of VADA testing, nor did he have to submit a hair follicle test to the NSAC but he did. All he had to do was cooperate with the NSAC to receive their normal 6 month suspension for a first time positive test.

Can you answer my question please?
    Last time it was ignored.

    The question is :
If Canelo is not using steroids why he doesnt want to be tested by Vada anymore?

I am critical of Canelo often but to say he had two choices and one is the LHW champ is sort of ridiculous. He also has Boo Boo, Charlo and of course GGG. My point is don’t say he has just two options to make GGG fit in the equation. I also thought him fighting Krusher was just talk as after all we had to hear for over a year that Canelo is not even a real MW so going to 175 is suicide even with a worn Krusher.

Big Red most likely training and eating that tainted meat as we speak.
