ok I did say he opted out of vada year round testing, i might have chose the wrong words. He has reduced the chance of the potential to be randomly tested. if boxers at the very top of the chain the elites, Canelo, Joshua, spence and fighters of that stature came out and said we support year round testing for all professional boxers and volunteered to be year round tested, then the sport would change over night.

You can say whatever you like, it doesn't change the FACT that Pacquiao avoided random testing, he has a PED head, and has requested more catchweight fights than anyone in recent history, possibly ever.

Sorry, meng. Canelo and Marquez are the ones with serious red flags. In the case of Canelo, TWO failed drug tests.

Sorry for you. Pacquiao's head grew while he avoided random testing. Huge red flag.

This is a prime reason why he announces the fight so late
    So testing doesn't start

Obviously you aren't aware he was being tested year round for his last three fights.

Would make zero difference when he announced the fight.

    Wrong
There is a big difference between in competition testing and out of completion testing which usually doesn't happen

Hence fighters only get tested for the the 8 weeks when the fight is announced

    Nope, you're wrong, son.

Canelo said on Twitter: ‘I want to let you know that I just signed the contract with VADA Testing for year-round testing.’
    https://metro.co.uk/2018/05/16/saul-canelo-alvarez-enrolls-year-round-drug-testing-7550309/

"We have received paperwork from Mr. Alvarez's representatives for year-round testing (24/7/365) through VADA," Dr. Margaret Goodman, president of VADA, said in an email to ESPN.
