    Vargas was like a cross between Brandon Rios and Juan Manuel Marquez at that stage in his career. Before he was assassinated by Lee Harvey Trinidad.

    I didn't know he'd be breaking Vargas's record. This just gets even worse. El Feroz should have this guy knee capped and Oscar fashed smashed in. They are pissing on all the true and great champions past with this bull**** handing over of a title to Alvarez

    I like Canelo but he really got a gift for his title fight... wich will set him in hot waters when has to defend against tough mandatory.He shouldnt be pushed.He could be better than Vargas who looked like a beast at 21 yrs old.But canelo isnt there yet.

    Its not even close Vargas by a far was better.. But he was 22 not 20 when he fought Tito.
