Your whole argument is giving Golovkin unofficial wins that he didn't actually win in real time.

So I'm doing the same thing as you I'm giving Golovkin unofficial losses that I thought he lost.

You can't pick and choose what unofficial wins you want to give Golovkin and then totally disregard the other controversial decisions Golovkin got himself.

And even if I'd agree Golovkin deserved to edge the 1st fight with Canelo I still think he deserved to lose the trilogy overall.

 

Michalczewski was going life and death with Richard Hall twice who RJJ treated like a sparring partner.

The list of people that Golovkin was open to fighting is rather long, and history records that it was the "upper echelon opponents" that were averse to fighting him rather than the converse.

You can't lay down the lineal title unless you officially retire, Canelo was still the lineal champion when he fought GGG just like Tyson Fury was the lineal champion when he fought Wilder.

 

15 defenses of some belt vs the undisputed/lineal title like Monzon had, it's not even comparable. One's an ATG, the other isn't. The regular belt isn't a real belt. Davis isn't a real 3 division champion, Rolly Romero isn't a real 2 division champion. You think anyone ever considered Lucas Browne the heavyweight champion of the world or even a belt holder? The title he had was a joke, it's the same title GGG had those first 5 "defenses". Once the WBA super champion is created, the regular belt becomes secondary, like a trophy or interim belt to have mandatory status vs the real WBA champion.

One of his best wins in his title reign came against some guy named Sir Gay Dervychenko in which he arguably lost. You don't get extra points if the reg champ is better than the super champ, that's not how it works buddy.

 

You don't get points for people ducking you, that's not how boxing works. GGG ducked Lara his entire career and gave him his belt at 160 rather than fight him. Does Lara automatically get mythical points added to his resume due to this fact?

Also who are these upper echelon of opponents? Miguel Cotto, a shot one legged Sergio Martinez? He ducked the two best fighters north and south of him in Andre Ward and Erislandy Lara.
