I have to be honest that I don't know who could win if this fight happens, Joshua and Fury want that victory, this is a heavyweight division, they both have heavy hands and victory can go either way...
It will be a cautious boring fight just like the Wlad Klitschko fight was. I don’t see any way AJ can win unless he goes all out for a KO in the first 4 rounds. A cautious fight favors Fury big time. Fury has shown he can shut it down and throw 10 punches a round and win. Sucks for the fans but it works.
Serious question- has that uppercut ever floored anyone without a follow up? Pulev took plenty of them flush. Wlad took his one (which was hellacious) and stayed on his feet, but lost all composure and was down within a few seconds. I see that as being the tricky part for AJ - you'd expect Fury to remain quite composed if he isn't knocked down by it.
Fury would eat AJ's best combo and laugh at him. AJ would then poop his pants like he did when Ruiz ate his best
Like Froch said. Joshua's only chance is for a KO early mid rounds. But I'm not sure the puny 240 lb bodybuilder will be able to impose himself, now he was beaten up by a short obese blob on the inside.
Joshua is superior to Futy in almost every attribute. I would favor him to KO fury in tenth round. big tall guy like Fury is just waiting to eat those uppercuts
Why is he a DAZN mouthpiece. By all accounts he is effectively a free agent now he is out of DAZN contract. He can cut his deals on a fight by fight basis which makes good business sense.
AJ has been vocal about being a fan of Clenelo for years now, Ginger has obviously got wind of that This content is protected This content is protected
Alvarez is a great fighter, understands the physicality of boxing and is very skilled in his style but, he’s not exactly a chess player in the ring, see Mayweather fight. Fury has a far greater ring IQ than Alvarez, he can fight multiple styles, make adjustments, adapt. Looks to me like Alvarez can relate to Joshua’s style and doesn’t understand the skill set of Fury, again, much like he didn’t understand Mayweather’s skill set. Probably far more important and to the point, most boxers, at least publicly, are horrible at picking fights. Fury is definitely the favorite.
