yeah its bs . we have seen this pac and tbe 5 year dance before. But when they wanted to fight the deal was made in 3 min at a heat basketball game.

 

The fights gonna happen... why are you in such a fuggin' rush for it are u dying??

Why are you asking why he's in a rush? Don't you want to see the best fight the best? I don't want to see Canelo/Smith, or Brook/GGG next, I want to see Canelo/GGG. Some of you guys really care about protecting your favorite fightes over getting great fights.

 

I want to see the fight... But the MF'S already have sh*t lined up. Why cry about it when the fight is not possible at the moment is my point?

They're just venting their frustrations, I don't see what the problem is. The more the fans vent their frustrations and the less buys Canelo/Smith does the better chance we'll get Canelo/GGG. Anyways I highly doubt we will see this fight for at least a year, or when GGG shows some slippage.

 

This fight could've happened later this year, or could already have happened, if all the parties involved really wanted it. I believe Golden Boy don't have a lot of trust in Canelo... they don't believe he can beat GGG, so they want to make money off him with less interesting fights as long as they can before they cash out with a GGG fight. Remember Canelo is their only current 'star'.

I don't believe Canelo himself is actually afraid of GGG. And in terms of legacy, he has achieved far more than GGG has yet. The problem is that GGG has been hyped up to be that unbeatable machine by the media and the fans so much that even Golden Boy believe the hype. And while he truly is a beast against lesser opponents, I think he is beatable by a good, durable fighter who has skills and can punch hard. Canelo has all of that.

I would actually favour Canelo to win if these two met now. Just wait until Kell Brook gives GGG a hell of a fight, the boxing world will see just how vulnerable GGG is after this... and the Canelo-GGG fight will be very easy to make and happen soon after that, believe me. But a Canelo win will be worth a lot less after GGG will get partially exposed by Kell Brook.

GBP is protecting their GOLDEN GOOSE. O$CAR wants no part of GGG and has made a fool out of himself avoiding the fight.

This fight won't happen until GGG's skills erode if ever.

GGG may simply choose to retire in a couple of years... leaving O$car & Canelo holding a stinky bag of nothing.

The fight will happen when Canelo wants it nto happen, and my guess is either nex year or the year after that.

The only way I can chit on Canelo is if he delays it like Mayweather and Pacquiao purposely delayed their fight.

 

He already has delayed it by over 2 years if they do fight fall next year
