Trace amounts in the second test. However the first test was off the charts, definitely not trace amounts. He said that in his statement but no one ever quotes that part.

You were just caught in a lie, trying to act like in the article I shared, WADA was only referring to those in the Beijing Olympics, but yet they make it crystal clear that they are handling other cases the same way as those Beijing athletes.

So what? you were juet caught in a lie, trying to mis respresent that article, trying to fool people into thinking WADA was only talking about those in the Beijing Olympics, when they clearly were talking about how they handle these cases in general.

Pharmacological intake of clenbuterol for doping purposes ≠ Eating contaminated clenbutrol meat in countries known to have a contaminated meat problem.

You should stfu and read the WADA CODE front to back before spouting off on subjects you've got no business acting like some type expert. Read the effing code. Then read the strict liability rules. I've linked them here already but for you, I'll do it again. Come back after reading it yea? Then see if these lame excuses still make the cut.

Once again, they are not ONLY talking about the Beijing athletes who tested positives. They are speaking in general as to how they handle clenbutrol cases of athletes who reside in countries known to have a contamianted meat problem.

Effectively, when the circumstances of a positive case indicate that the athlete has been in one of the identified countries where clenbuterol meat contamination is significant, the anti-doping community views it as unreasonable to put the burden of proof on the athlete, i.e. to prove that the meat, which he or she had consumed, was contaminated; in particular, eight years after the fact

So again, you can keep lying to yourself all you want, but in this statement WADA makes it clear that they deem it unreasonable to put the burden of proof on the athlete when it comes to clenbutrol and contaminated meat, which is the whole point, a point that you seem to ignoring because it doesn't suit your agenda. I'm glad I am able to bring this to your attention.

Ignorance to the law is no let off at all. They are professional team, its their duty to avoid this. Quite apart from being in the meat trade in mexico, its a pathetic joke ,as is Shadow of a real man.

Little bit of both. He claims to be unbiased in this, but he's clearly a canelo fanboy with some hatred towards 3G. HIs history is all the proof one needs.

That statement only pertains to athletes having to prove the meat's origin dumbass. Then after that, they will still investigate but putting where the athlete was at the time of the testing in context with any known Clenbuterol countries. None of that applies to Clenelo.

It's not a get out of jail free card dumbass.
