If the fight goes ahead on the planned date it's going to be bad for boxing, short term it's great we get the fight we all want to see but long term is disastrous for the integrity of boxing.

Well given NSAC's history and how they acted during the last super fight, things can't get any worse. Boxing can't get any more corrupt. NSAC would not be doing anything new by supporting dopers who bring in the money. Boxing is already a joke in that respect. Hell my wife is puzzled why I still watch boxing and as a complete casual she thinks there's no point (corruption) watching it at all.

 

Can u imagine if GGG had twice tested positive here!! The same ones making excuses for Alvarez would be in meltdown! GGG would be torn to bits!

What about your Goat Tyson Fury, he tested positive for two separate banned substances, first Nandrolone then the Klitschko rematch was cancelled due to him testing positive for cocaine. It's been reported that the Nandrolone positive test was kept hush-hush by the UKADA and didn't come out until well after he had beaten Klitschko. If that would have been reported when he tested positive, he may never have been cleared to fight Klitschko in the first place.

So how can you say that Canelo should never be allowed to fight again who lives in an area where clenbuterol is a known problem in meats while your Goat Tyson Fury has no such plasuible deniability with his positive tests? If you want to hold fighters to the kind of standards you are holding Canelo to, then hold the Furious One to those same standards and say he should not fight again. Hell the main reason why you call him Goat is because he beat Klitschko which according to reports was after he tested positive for Nandrolone ! Why was Fury's postive test swept under the rug so he could fight Klitschko?

 

Boxing at the top level is a bent as you like.
