Canelo popped for Clenbuterol

Lets dissect this. How often does Canelo speak english? About the only english I've heard him speak is "I was born ready". I do think Canelo understands english to an extent because I've seen him get asked a question in english and sometimes he responds in spanish even before the translator translates. However way back in early 2013 I doubt he understood english as well as he does now. And not only that, even if he understands english he doesn't seem to ever speak in english. So given how Canelo doesn't ever seem to speak english, the chances of back in April 2013 over 5 years ago Canelo deciding to speak in English to the USADA agent telling him he can't be tested now because he's going to the hospital after the fight seems very hard to believe and on multiple levels I have a hard time buying that's how it happened.

Now, to the possibility that Trout speaks or at least comprehends some spoken spanish and may have understood what Canelo said to the USADA agent from his story, well I don't know how much he understands spoken fluent spanish and this is coming from somebody who just got his ass kicked in a fight, then apparently had blood taken which he didn't want to have taken, then he apparently storms into Canelo's locker room all beat up, wanting to see Canelo be tested. (long before there were any rumors about Canelo PED use) and we're supposed to believe that Canelo told the USADA agent that he's injured and going to the hospital so he can't be tested seems pretty ridiculous to me, then you have the whole language barrier. I just find that story really really hard to believe on multiple levels.

Now is it possible that he stormed into Canelo's locker room and saw Canelo in a sling after the fight and got the impression that he wasn't going to be tested because he was supposedly going to the hospital instead, that's still hard to believe but at least that seems plausible.

To be honest, Trout's story sounds a lot like "Me Too" and just trying to latch on to this whole clenbuterol saga, and we know he's already bitter about losing the decision. I would like to know if Trout speaks or understands spanish though, because I find it highly unlikely that over 5 years ago Canelo was speaking english to a USADA agent when never seems to speak english at all.

 

Are you related to Clenelo? You're extremely gung ho about defending him... You're pretty obsessive about it, actually.

 

He was on PEDs, no doubt. But look at Pac when he fought Morales in their second fight, dude looked scary.

This is a sport that benefits from strength, endurance and weight loss. Probably the most beneficial in terms of PED use.

FWIW, I’ve now read a couple of times that Team GGG specifically requested testing to start 11weeks out instead of the typical 8. I don’t have a link but it was stated twice in Stephen Breadman Edwards mailbag at baxingscene, once by Edwards himself and another time by a poster. Edwards is the trainer of Julian Williams.

Looking at both Austin Trout & Clenelo. I have no doubt at all who I believe Austin Trout!!! Both Clenelo & his fishnet wearing promoter lie like sailors on shore leave. Cannot believe a word they say
