    I agree that a single belt is not the be all end all (I think it still means something to hold more than 50% of the major titles) but Alvarez has a history of missing weight when he knows his opponent is in need of a payday or exposure and will simply give in to whatever demand or stipulation. Good fight nonetheless, you are right.

    wow good point that can most def be the case. i just hope Lara drops nelo and gives a clinic. we all know what wieght class this dude shoulkd be at but still i see a 50/50 fight. :bbb

    The belt has nothing to do with it, his weight isues are, so I think he is taking advantage of his popularity by not making the weight, 156-57 is not a weight division and I hope he gets starched...
