The sustained corruption, machinations and the absolute smoke and mirrors of Alvarez' career. I believe there are many people who are willing to suspend disbelief, because of what he represents to them.

How on earth, was Canelo ahead on two of the three judges scorecards at the time of the stoppage? All is lost in the hoopla of the incredible KO. No consideration is even given to the fact that Alvarez KO'D a glass chinned Jr welter, who had already been KTFO twice prior to Saturday, by much lighter fighters.

The man fights at 155 yet owns the middleweight title and wont fight Golovkin. How can anyone worth their salt support this obvious bull****. DLH and the boxing organization they represent have absolutely no honor. Boxing has become the France of the late 18th Century and I'm ready to storm the Bastille. WTF IS GOING ON PEOPLE?

And Golovkin has been fighting real deal Middleweights, hasn't he?. I mean, how often does someone explode into arenas as a 100/1 favorite every single time against clearly overly matched bums yet gets credit like he's making history.

    You're a moron.

While I don't agree with catch weight title fights you Alvarez detractors sound like a bunch of whiny girls.

Dude for the most part is fighting top notch fighters, dang near back to back and has made some of the most talked about matches in his divisions.

Golovkin has been side stepping his mandatory shot for 2 years, and people are calling Alvarez a ducker because he didn't fight him in his first defense gtfoh.

Boxing isn't in a bad state because of guys like Alvarez every superstar you can name had star advantages. What's keeping it back is fans who bash proven guys yet give pass after pass to hypejobs that they like.

Cotto was clearly ducking and we all knew he would get crushed by Golovkin, but we wanted the Canelo vs Cotto fight after that there would have been absolutely no excuse. Canelo is clesrly bigger than Cotto and not at the end of his career. Cotto would have fought Golovkin next had he not been robbed by the DLH faction.

Also, Canelo/DLH always have 1-2 pocket judges. Some cards against Trout, Lara, Floyd and Cotto were atrocious. Even Floyd didn't do that.

Kind of makes you appreciate a warrior like Mayweather who wasn't afraid to be outweighed by 15-20lbs in the ring.

Canelo fought Cotto a Cotto CW. Cotto started the CW for the WBC MW title with Martinez and then Geale.

Then Cotto refuses to pay the sanctioning fees.

Does Cotto also represents all that is wrong for boxing?

    fool

I had it close with canelo winning 3 to 2 going into the 6th. You have to count those big body shots that were starting to slow Khan and reduce his punch output. Those body shots ultimately led to Khan dropping his hands and getting KTFO.
