I understand that, but why is 10 million + PPV upside such a bad deal, when Canelo at most will be making 30 million? Canelo has fought the better fighters, gets more PPV buys vs domestic level fighters, and is universally the Lineal MW champion of the world. What has GGG done to say 10 million isn't enough?

Maybe this Analogy would be better, Oscar made 30 million for Hopkins, while Hopkins got 10 million. Now that wasn't a bad deal, why? Because it's Hopkins? You guys just need to STFU already. 10 million is a fair offer.

Canelo will never get 1.5mil ppv without GGG, May or Pac and GGG will never get 1.5mil ppv without Canelo, May or Pac. May or Pac are out of the equation now. Canelo and GGG need each other for a mega fight or neither one will ever have one. 60 / 40 (Canelo / GGG) in both purse split and PPV is fair and very lucrative to them both.
