Will only take a few days to get to weight then. Which of course is nonsense. He may have lossed 3kgs one day ...but per day? thats one huge ****.

he's obviously talking about water weight. He goes in the gym and sweats off that much weight after one training session which over course he puts back on after eating and drinking. He's just saying that when it's time to hit the scale, it won't be difficult

Boxing needs same day weigh-ins..that would force fighters to campain at their TRUE weight division.

Canelo would be a SMW and Floyd would be a WW :lol::lol::lol:
People need to realize that in reality, they are 3 weigh classes apart.

If you could actually lose three pounds of mass in one day then you'd be incredibly weak. Maybe he means he loses 3 kilos of water weight after every training session (which he'd put straight back on when he rehydrates) to imply that he is working hard.
